Orthodyne is a Belgian located manufacturer of trace gas analysers mainly for the Industrial Gases market. By using the GC
technology and various detetctors such as DID, TCD and FID, Orthodyne is capable to fulfill a very wide range of measurement
requests. The continuously development of such instruments has lead us to our newest Gas Chromatograph ORTHOsmart. By new
detector development the GC is able to perform measurements with a guaranteed LDL of <30 ppb or lower, depending of
the range in use, for each impurity measured. The impurities can be H2, O2, N2 CO, CO2, CH4 and NMHC. The
measurement of the hydrocarbons CH4 and NMHC is now possible without any FID detector. No feeding gases like
Hydrogen and Synthetic air are necessary to perform such measurement. The GC is running with the less expensive Argon as carrier
gas. With all those advantages, the benefits are more safety, less operating costs, a sensitive measurement, improved performance
and high selectivity. As a standard feature of Orthodyne trace gas analyzers, a remote access is available by different interfaces and
protocols.All of our Gas chromatographs are running with self developed software for full automatic operation and data acquisition.
