Always advancing – important milestones in our history
1976
Company founded by Rosa Krieglmeier and Alfons Geyer in Denkendorf.
1987
Ground is broken for a new production hall (1.600 m²) and office building
(560 m²) in the industrial area of Römersäule at Denkendorf. Staff
recruitment in all departments.
1991–1993
Customer inquiries from all over the world and from various industries.
The first major contract from a German automobile manufacturer is awarded.
1999
Christian Geyer founds the Lighting and Sound Technology department.
2000
Foundation of the company ‚CGS Wartungsservice‘ to guarantee analytical
measurement reliability for petrochemical and oil-refining customers.
2002–2004
Company expansion by nearly 1.000 m² for goods logistics and materials
management. Establishment of a modern office section for the Planning
Department and Media Technology.
2005
Entry of CGS in the UN Central Register.
2006
Family Geyer founds Elektro Haag GmbH with daughter Michaela Geyer.
2007
CGS Prozessanalytik GmbH is founded with CEO Christian Geyer.
2010–2012
Development of our own inspection and testing laboratory with training
rooms. The entire machinery of the CNC Department as well as parts of
Mechanics are renewed. A production hall is built for the Chemical
Containers Department.
2015
First participation at ACHEMA as well as at Prolight + Sound at Frankfurt.
