The Sales Department – the connecting link
The Sales Department of a company is often misunderstood as a
department purely dealing with sales. Of course, the acquisition
of orders takes place here, but with us, the spectrum is much
wider. Sales is the crucial link between CGS and the custom-
er. Here, a particular focus is placed on the individual care for
customers. Our Sales team is not only highly motivated, but also
boasts qualifications in engineering. This way they can commu-
nicate with the partner on an equal footing and put forward
their own well-founded ideas and suggestions.
Here, the Sales Department accompanies the product its whole
‘life’ long. This begins with the implementation of the metro-
logical basic tasks and covers the creation of the specifications
manual right up to a detailed offer. If this is accepted, Sales
coordinates the realisation, including any possible customiza-
tion/development which may be necessary in the Development
Department and in field tests.
