Development and Laboratory – the source of innovation

We are known for advanced solutions that provide users with accurate results

from the analysis process. This originates from the specialists in our own De-

velopment Department. With its concentration of expertise and comprehen-

sive technical equipment, they develop and test CGS innovations and specific

applications of the system construction; from single components to finished

complete units. The implementation of long-term tests and the control of

supplied parts and analysers also take place in this department. There are also

FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) of complete analysis systems with sample

preparation and control systems, which we carry out together with the cus-

tomer before the delivery of the project.

Personal care is a top priority in every project. Each project has a specific de-

velopment engineer as a project manager for internal product developments

and a product manager. He organizes meetings with various departments,

forms a focal point for information on and changes to the product, and acts

as contact partner for the customer. The planning and execution of test cycles

and test set-ups as well as the evaluation and presentation of test results also

fall within his area of responsibility.
